Having recently moved to the Peninsula from the city, we were nervous about changing childcare and visited a few different centres but as soon as we met the Little Grasshoppers team and saw the facilities we loved it! Launching an exciting new style of build, and opened in 2017, our Coolstores centre tailors to a contemporary style of learning with activity modules, separate library, science, art and music facilities.

Equipped for 65 children from 6 weeks to 5 years and offering a full Kinder program with qualified teachers meeting all areas of the Early Years Learning Framework. Our Coolstores centre boasts an excellent location, off Moorooduc Highway with ample off- street parking and an adjacent café for pre-work and post-drop-off caffeine and chai detours. Boasting a light filled dining room and extended outdoor areas for all age groups. A separate Bubs and Toddlers building (with its own entrance) and its very own boat play area, herb garden and cubbie house for imaginative play.

Our Coolstores main yard offers triple slides beneath a weeping willow, chook pens & rabbit hutches, sand pit and water play areas.
With a program offering cooking classes, music and movement, Bush kinder and early literacy & numeracy, your child will thrive with our experienced Coolstores team.
